HOT ! Snake Medicine Choker - Nephrite Jade & 14k Solid Gold - Made to Order

The simplest things are often the most impactful, right?! I absolutely adore this choker. A simple, hand-forged serpent I made from scratch by melting down old jewelry and drawing down the ingot into wire, then forming it into this delightfully shapely little snake friend you see here. A good, hard, honest day\'s work - nothing beautiful comes without struggle as Plato said. The serpent connects a strand of ethically sourced, artisan cut nephrite jade beads, each one measuring about 4.5mm. Slip the jump ring on and off the tail end of the snake - it takes a bit of force as the connection need to be tight to keep it secure. Please take care to exert the force onto the jump ring rather than the bead strand itself. While I\'ve strung these on the thickest bead wire available it can stretch over time. Please reach out should that time come! Measures approx 15.5 inches from end to end. Hand-forged sterling silver jump rings and findings. Gold snake weighs approx 1.7 grams. When putting your choker on, please pull the bead strand straight, wrap around your neck, and ensure the jump ring is parallel before sliding it through the tail, when done like this it sits so perfectly, flat against your collarbone, and it is chef\'s kiss.
