A necklace that captures the 1960s fascination with the exotic and mystical, with a heavy golden crescent moon which hangs from a golden chain. This is a rare piece from Maison de Fou, a short-lived jewelry brand developed by Elizabeth Rich, an airline stewardess turned designer. Jewelry by Maison de Fou is exceptionally rare, given that pieces were only produced from about 1965 – 1970.
