This oil comes from a multi-generational farm in Ojai, California—one that works with nature, not against it. No herbicides, no pesticides. Just disciplined permaculture, hand-harvesting, and immediate cold-pressing to protect flavor, antioxidants, and exceptional polyphenol levels (380 mg/kg). The blend is crafted from olives grown on trees over 150 years old, resulting in a deeply green, peppery oil balanced by delicate fruit notes.
