Use & Care

• Wash it well after use. Dry completely before storage.


• Empty buring must be done before first use. 1. Wash well with detergent and a soft sponge and drain immediately. 2. Bake the lid and body separately in the oven at about 170°C for about 30 minutes. 3. While the pan is still hot, spread a thin layer of shortening or spray oil evenly on the inside of the pan. 4. Bake again in the oven at about 250°C for about 20 minutes to finish air baking. The pan will be slightly brownish in color because of the oil and fat film.
