Made in Denmark, it features a sleek, mirror-polished exterior and Scanpan’s revolutionary Stratanium+ non-stick surface for professional-grade searing with minimal oil.
The 5-ply body combines a stainless steel exterior with a core of 93–96% recycled aluminium, ensuring fast, even heat distribution and long-term stability. Stratanium+ offers exceptional resistance to wear, is safe for metal utensils, and stands up to high-volume cooking without compromising performance.
