Winco SSSP-7 Description
For a long service life in fast-paced kitchens, the Winco SSSP-7 stainless steel sauce pan is made of bright-finished, corrosion-resistant 18/8 stainless steel. Its heavy-duty, tri-ply bottom is compatible with induction cooktops and features an aluminum core that distributes heat evenly. This 9⁄-inch-diameter by 6⁄-inch-tall piece accommodates 7⁄ quarts, featuring one riveted handle and one long handle to simplify transport. To prevent heat from escaping during boiling and simmering, it includes a handled cover.
