锯朵仔又名杏仁香，为凤凰单丛茶十大香型之一，原产于凤凰镇福南管区桥头村。因叶片细小，形如锯子，故名锯朵仔。凤凰人对锯朵仔可谓又爱又恨，爱在于锯朵仔茶美价值高，恨在于锯朵仔因叶片细小，人工采摘过程中耗时耗力，茶农一天辛苦只能采摘二三斤，相较于其他茶叶每天采摘十来斤，生产和制作成本高。

成品茶条索紧直，色泽黄褐油润,有“玉叶金边之称”。具有其他香型单丛的芬芳，但相对内敛，冲泡时，杏仁味与奶香味交相辉映，成熟浑厚而带果花甜韵，茶汤喉韵饱满，丛韵内敛飒然，入口甘润，质感柔软，滋味腴醇，回甘绵长。汤色深黄明亮，茶底匀齐柔软，边缘朱红，叶腹黄亮。

冲泡方法：投茶量约8G或者泡茶盖碗五六成，用沸腾开水，建议入水后立刻泡出，无需闷茶，可20泡左右。

Dan Cong (单枞) are special types of Oolong from Fenghuang shan (Phoenix mountains) in Guandong province, China. The Phoenix Mountains are elevated from 350 - 1560 meters above sea level. Niaoji shan (1560m) is the highest mountain while in Wudong shan (1391m) the main Dancong production is located. Dancong literally translated means \"single bush\". This variety is known to mimic different flavors.

The taste is sweet and fruity with a slight bitterness and no astringency. There is a slight roasted marshmallow sweetness and the tea lingers in the mouth and throat lubricating it.
