This tea is made from Longjing tea varietals (e.g. Longjing No.43) and hand-pan-fired before Qingming Festival. - **Pre-Qingming Harvest**: Plucked only in early April, with a 7-10 day window. Extremely limited.
- **Aroma**: Floral orchid scent when dry, evolving to roasted chestnut after brewing. - **Taste**: Umami-rich like \"vegetable broth\" (high in L-theanine), with a sweet finish reminiscent of sugarcane. - **Mouthfeel**: Silky smooth texture, almost zero astringency thanks to early harvest.
Serving Tips
Water temp: 85°C (wait 3 mins after boiling)
Vessel: Glass cup or Gaiwan to see leaves \"dance\"
Leaf amount: 6g for Gaiwan, 3g for large cup
Steeping: 30s for 1st brew, +10s each round
