Homey Design Return Policy

All claims for:

• 
  Defects or missing parts - must be reported within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and must include photos to claim merchandise defects.


• 
  Returns - are allowed within seven (7) days of the date of delivery. Merchandise must be packed in Homey Design original boxes, without any writing or marks on the boxes.


• 
  RMA number is required for all returns. No Exceptions.

Returns for Non-Defective Items subject to the following:

• Used or assembled merchandise will not be accepted. No exceptions.


• A 20% restocking fee will apply.


• Return shipping and/or freight costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
