Returns
Returns are accepted with prior authorization within 20 days. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be in original condition, uninstalled (if applicable), and in original packaging
Damage claims must be submitted within 4 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.
