We’re a husband-and-wife team baking Butter Mochi and Chi Chi Dango in South Seattle, using flavors inspired by our time in Hawaii and the recipes we grew up with. We started small—just baking for family—and turned it into something bigger after years of experimenting and perfecting each batch.
