 12-Inch Inline Duct Fan System with Speed Controller 

A smart inline duct fan designed to ventilate hydroponic grow rooms silently, increase heating/cooling in rooms, circulate fresh air, exhaust projects, and cool AV closets. It has an inline speed controller that uses PWM technology. 

A mixed-flow design and an EC-motor are used to provide a quiet and high static-pressure performance. The motor box, which houses the fan\'s impeller and blades, may be removed from the frame for easy cleaning and maintenance. 

One duct fan unit, one corded speed controller, an installation manual, and all necessary mounting hardware are included in the complete set.

Precise Speed Controller

The inline speed controller allows you to adjust the duct fan\'s speed to get the best noise and airflow levels in a variety of settings. Unlike most AC-powered duct fans, which use voltage suppression to control fan speeds, this duct fan has an EC-motor that is precisely controlled via PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). This technology allows the fan\'s motor to function smoothly at extremely low RPM speeds without producing motor sounds or heat, as seen with variable voltage controllers. With a power on/off switch, there are eight speed options available. Because of its backup memory capability, the fan can be prompted to run at variable speeds when power is applied. This S12 model can be linked to the CLOUDLINE T12 smart controller to share the same programming.

Energy Efficient and Quiet Design

The inline fan is built with a mixed flow design that includes a stator blade and dual hydrodynamic wind circles. It has a high static pressure rating as a result, allowing it to produce airflow even in applications where air movement is restricted. The motor contains dual ball bearings with a life expectancy of 67,000 hours, allowing the duct fan unit to be installed in any direction. The unit is IP44 rated for dust and liquid resistance, and it functions effectively even in tough settings.

Applications

This quiet duct fan system is ideal for cooling AV equipment rooms, closets, racks, and cabinets, among other things. It\'s also employed in various air circulation and ventilation projects, such as hydroponic grow rooms and tents, exhausting bathrooms and attics, and other installations, due to its low noise and advanced control features.
