From 1927 onwards, the French architect and furniture designer Charlotte Perriand, together with Le Corbusier and his cousin Pierre Jeanneret, designed furniture that, like few others, embodies classic modernism. Among these pieces is the unmistakable LC1 with its design language reduced to the essentials. The chair\'s fur upholstery provides a contrast to the otherwise austere design. This particular model is a vintage piece with serial number 212. The chair is in good condition with minor signs of wear. One eyelet is missing from the backrest, meaning there is no tension spring.
