Winco TGSP-4 Description

Part of the Tri-Gen™ series, the Winco TGSP-4 induction-ready stock pot is both durable and functional for commercial kitchens. It\'s constructed of an aluminum core between two layers of stainless steel, creating a triple-layered design that conducts and maintains heat well. This pot can hold 4/ quarts of earthy vegetable soup or spicy curry and includes a cover to secure heat and moisture. It can operate on induction, gas, or electric appliances and offers a fluted rim to facilitate cleaning. Because of its stainless steel outer layers, this pot is also dishwasher safe.
